This is issue in KDE4.6 RC2, so I'm using kde-unstable repo.

I'm not sure is it a upstream bug or something else but:

Every time when I start Dolphin I can do this only one time. After close Dolphin I can not open it again.
The reason is what after closing Dolphin (and disappeared from screen) the process is still running, and I can start Dolph again only if I kill Dolphin's task manually.

Works for me. Please start it from terminal and paste here the output.

Also, did you installed something like phonon-pulseaudio or did you installed some libraries from AUR needed by KDE? I'm supposing your system is up-to-date.
