Description:

I am using linux-image-2.6.37-amd64 from arch testing repo. My motherboard is Intel D946GZIS. During boot I get this
oops and sound does not work. It used to work on 2.6.36 and before.

Below is the relevant part of dmesg. I also attached the whole thing
(kernel.log). I am new to submitting kernel bugs so I apologise beforehand if I
am missing any info. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Additional info:

1. kernel testing/kernel26 2.6.37-1 installed.
2. kernel log attached below

1. Apply a kernel patch, attached below.

does this issue still exists with the new kernel or .38?
