Details

Thunar-vfs is not a dependency of any other package in xfce4. The two packages, squeeze and xfburn, do that need it are part of the xfce4-goodies group.

Its not only uneeded by any of the core xfce packages, its also deprecated and in the process of being defunct as soon as all the apps are ported to the new backend.
