please make it depend on gksu and fix the desktop menu entry to start it via gksu. regular users aren't allow to run it.

Shouldn't we rather add it as an optdep, as everyone can use nvclock(1) (and also nvclock_gtk(1) if you start it with root privileges, e.g. from a root shell or using sudo(8)) without having gksu installed?
