Description:
The Makefile of mailx-8.1.1 doesn't use the CFLAGS and LDFLAGS environment variables.
The attached patch makes it do so.

Additional info:
I looked at version 8.1.1-7 of the package.

Steps to reproduce:
Build the mailx packages with custom CFLAGS or LDFLAGS set in your /etc/makepkg.conf
   mailx-flags.patch (0.3 KiB)

There basically is no upstream. mailx will get replaced by heirloom-mailx at some stage.
