Did you submit it upsteam? You dont have much chances getting it
in Arch if it doesnt get merged in the wicd source tree first..
I have reported it upstream right now as a comment to an existing
bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/wicd/+bug/692490
They added ipv6 support, so it should come the next release.
