Details

Description: The file is installed with the wrong name. The package file is 10-netfs and should be 10-openntpd.

This line (line 15) to the PKGBUILD that is wrong:
install -Dm700 $srcdir/10-openntpd $pkgdir/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/10-netfs

It should be:
install -Dm700 $srcdir/10-openntpd $pkgdir/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/10-openntpd
