Description:
i've just upgraded my linux laptop to latest kernel26-lts 2.6.32.28-1
My system is crashed to libata errors.
I dont have a camera to take a screen shot at the momment.
There isnt any kernel panic message, just a freeze with multiple libata & filesystem errors.

i booted it up with a archlinux usb stick, fsck my partitions and checked for errors in filesystem.
Everything is prefect expect the kernel26-lts.

My laptop is my only one computer and is only for work
(i am working as a unix system engineer and this is my on-call week).

So i was expecting kernel26-lts would be the most safe solution.

Is there any grub options i can give ?
or i have to boot up with my usb strick again and chroot and downgrade kernel26-lts ?

Additional info:

* package version(s)
kernel26-lts 2.6.32.28-1

* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

boot up a laptop with sata disk!
