Description:
The build process fails with lots of
/bin/sh: line 14: soelim: command not found
lines unless groff is installed.

Additional info:
I used the 2.4.23-1 version of the PKGBUILD.

Steps to reproduce:
Uninstall groff and compile libldap.

I think that the bug is another here: man-db in base depends on groff which isn't in base.

Like i said in the other bug report, isnt the 'its in base rule' deprecated?
Especially for low level stuff it makes sense having all the dependencies, furthermore namcap has been *designed* to inform you about them whether they are in base or not.
eg. one of the many examples are packages containing bash scripts. bash is in base. in fact Arch cant operate without bash, which isnt true for all packages in the base group.

talking with some TUs same that the rule is still valid...anyway this is fixed on trunk.
