DetailsThere is a patch on the KDE bugtracker which adds support for xz archives.
Since the application is beta anyway, i dont see much harm in adding it. FWIW i have been using it for months. Link to report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=254615 Link to patch: http://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=55497 The original source of the patch is http://www.krusader.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=2032 , i just updated it adding xz to protocols so it doesnt call ark and handle xz internally out of the box. |
