Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  That package is not in our official repos (compis-core 0.8.6-2 is in [community])

Please paste the output of
$ pacman -Qo /usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator
Comment by Hi (raylz) - Saturday, 01 January 2011, 13:50 GMT
/usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator is owned by compiz-core 0.9.2-2

compiz-core shouldn't provide it.
