Description:

As it was discovered in https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=110839, the config file for syslog-ng, /etc/syslog-ng.conf, has some erroneous and duplicate entries:
1. <filter f_uucp { facility(cron); };> should be <filter f_uucp { facility(uucp); };>
2. <filter f_news { facility(news); };> repeats twice on lines 56 and 59.

I believe, this is an upstream bug (debian's syslog-ng.conf is OK), but given that it's a config file, it makea sense to correct the problem at the distro level.
