Would it be possible to move Syslinux into core/base group?

I have been working on an AIF patch to include syslinux support. If we are going to offer Syslinux as a possible bootloader it only makes sense to allow the user to install it from the installation cd.

base: don't think that's a good idea, I would rather aim to move bootloaders (i.e. grub) out of base - but still in core -, we should just tell our users to install a bootloader from core
