hplip needs several python libraries at runtime, which are not listed as dependencies. They could be optdepends. Run hp-check -r to see them. For example, python-imaging: for scanner support python-notify python-reportlab Additional info: * hplip 3.10.9-1 Steps to reproduce: * see the output of hp-check -r * try to scan something without python-imaging installed. |

Actually, there should be a PyQT dep, as most of the functionality depends on that.
