DetailsXBMC is supposed to build without hal now, so could you offer a package that builds without it?

This task depends upon
I've compared dependencies and xbmc-svn also does not also require 'eject'. while this package currently does.
Also, the installation text should reflect changes about
'devicekit-power: used to trigger suspend functionality'
the dependency is now called 'upower'. also 'udisks' is optional for external disks support.
