Details

nilfs-utils and btrfs-progs-unstable are now installed in the live environment, but they are not shipped as packages which can be installed to the users' system.
Despite the nilfs (and currently rudimental) btrfs support in AIF, if users cannot install these packages to the target systems, they will run into trouble.
So either we get these packages in core, or we exceptionaly make these non-core packages installable both in offline mode (for core-cd's) and through the netinstall.
