Description:
ibus UI should use Python2

Additional info:
* ibus 1.3.9-1


Steps to reproduce:
Start ibus, switch to CJK ime, try to input something, partial UI missing.

Solution:
add '#!/usr/bin/python2' to /usr/share/ibus/ui/gtk/main.py
