DetailsDescription:
I got this lock not all the time while shutdown, I have to hard reset because nothing else is working, only the root filesystem get corrupted, it is on xfs so on next boot I get xfs recovery going on but usually nothing is lost. The first time it locks for almost 60 seconds and then close then the other times no way, only hard reset. I attach pacman.conf after the 1st of december because it happened fisrt time after that date. It doesent happen always so it si difficult to reproduce, may be an interaction with xfs? It happen with custom kernel and with the arch one so I think is not kernel related or it affect both kernels. Thanks, Paolo |

pacman.log
No, plain simple Xfs system (boot, root, home on the first hd all xfs, only one xfs partition on the second disk), but now the problem seems gone, it happened again some times but then pressing ctrl+alt+del let "done" appear and the system got a proper shut down.
Now, after the last initscript updates (that added one last flush for encripted fs if I remember well) it didn't happen anymore (till now of course).
Thanks again, Paolo
