Description:

ImageMagick rely on libpng to deal with the PNG format, the imagemagick package should depends on libpng either
in its depends list, or at least in its makedepends+optdepends lists.

Here's an updated PKGBUILD that includes libpng as both a makedep and and optdep.
It also updates to the latest version of imagemagick.

This is actually an issue with optdepends. Cause the dependency chain is there:
imagemagick -> ghostscript (optdepend) -> libpng or
imagemagick -> libwmf (optdepend) -> libpng

If the package can directly use libpng then it should be an optdep of the package. It doesn't matter if it can be found further down in the chain.
