Description:
I've been having printing problems with KDE4 since 4.1.x. The problem I encountered then was that if I printed files in Okular, the output would not centered and it would cut off around certain corners. This problem still exists for me in KDE 4.5.4 but I now discovered that the problem also appears Kile, Koffice, Kwrite, Okular etc. so it is a global KDE problem. The reason why I insist that it is a KDE issue is that pinting the same documents in gnome/gtk apps gives me the correct output on paper, meaning that text or picture is not off-centered or cut-off in any away. It is like on the screen etc. My printer is a Brother 7045N connected over network (TCP/IP).

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Print document in a KDE application
2. See printing output

Please report upstream. This isn't a packaging bug.

Also, see if  FS#20739  could help you.

The fix doesn't help me sadly. Still everything is shifted to the right and upwards when I print with KDE apps. Even documents generated directly within those applications like KWrite and KWord give me those faulty printing outputs. :(
