When starting vim and using this command: :syn on I get this error: E484: Can't open file /usr/share/vim/vim73/syntax/syntax.vim I removed my .gvimrc and .vimrc to confirm that this still happens, and it does. (This does not happen with vim-gtk from AUR). Additional info: * package version(s) extra/gvim 7.3.69-2 extra/vim-runtime 7.3.69-2 * config and/or log files etc. no .vimrc no .gvimrc Steps to reproduce: start vim type :syn on |

works here. please re-install vim-runtime

When installing both packages on a different computer, it works. I don't know why.
