In a fresh installation, PHP extensions_dir on Arch Linux
is: /usr/lib/php/20060613/
In a fresh installation, php-apc package installes the necessary module into: /usr/lib/php/modules/ So PHP cannot find apc despite it's installed. I believe we should change standard PHP's extensions dir to /usr/lib/php/modules/ |

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: The module path for php is /usr/lib/php/modules, so this is not a packaging bug. You can't use a PHP 5.3 module with 5.2 anyways btw.

@Alper your /etc/php.ini is wrong
