In a fresh installation, PHP extensions_dir on Arch Linux is: /usr/lib/php/20060613/

In a fresh installation, php-apc package installes the necessary module into: /usr/lib/php/modules/

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  The module path for php is /usr/lib/php/modules, so this is not a packaging bug. You can't use a PHP 5.3 module with 5.2 anyways btw.
