Description:

GRASS fails to create new location due to missing libcfitsio dependency.

Additional info:
* Affects grass 6.4.0-5


Steps to reproduce:
Just install GRASS via pacman and attempt to create a new location using either the wxGUI, TclTk GUI or command-line. It will fail with a missing library.

I'm facing another issue also, when creating some locations, I get:

which is not related to this since I have cfitsio installed.
