I have installed one new machine, I have upgraded the system, I rebooted the machine and the network doesn't work anymore.

* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

Try install one NIC Realtek RTL8111/8168B with the 2.6.36.1-3 kernel.

Without any logs or dmesg output we cannot help you in any way.
Also please consider to open a bug report on upstream kernel bugtracker.
