I think is pretty stable applications, but in arch is still only one git-build in AUR.
So, is it possible ownCloud to be added in arch repositories?

looks like the current package doesn't even have enough votes, this means that there isn't really an interest in this.

If you really want to have it considered, make a package in the aur for it, and wait for it to get popular enough / have more people interested in it.
