package syslinux depends on mcopy in package mtools

Additional info:
* package version(s)
syslinux 4.02-1 x86_64
mtools 4.0.13-1 x86_64

* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
While creating a bootable flash drive:
suppose a flash drive is /dev/sdb

# pacman -S syslinux
# syslinux /dev/sdb
sh: mcopy: command not found
syslinux: failed to create ldlinux.sys
# pacman -S mtools
# syslinux /dev/sdb

It is already an optional dependency:

$ pacman -Si syslinux
