Description:
There are two bugs with hotplug script:

1. gpsd.hotplug and gpsd.hotplug.wrapper still refers to /usr/bin/python rather than /usr/bin/python2

2. gpsd.hotplug.wrapper drop the following error:
/lib/udev/gpsd.hotplug.wrapper: line 12: [: -P: binary operator expected

When I commented out the following lines in gpsd.hotplug.wrapper, and changed python path in both file, the hotplugging works as it should be:
#if [ -n $GPSD_SOCKET ]; then
# export GPSD_SOCKET
#fi

Additional info:
* package version(s)
gpsd 2.95-4
libusb1 1.0.8-1
udev 163-1

Steps to reproduce:
Plug-in USB GPS receiver to computer -> no gpsd started and/or configured

I committed gpsd 2.95-5 which fixes every link to /usr/bin/python. I have not a GPS receiver to test if this fixes the second issue too.
Please do a test and let me know.

Another things:
1. Please add 'docbook-xsl' as makedepend to generate man pages (currently man folders are empty).

2. Please add the following lines to PKGBUILD to install desktop files:
install -D -m644 packaging/X11/xgps.desktop ${pkgdir}/usr/share/applications/xgps.desktop
install -D -m644 packaging/X11/xgpsspeed.desktop ${pkgdir}/usr/share/applications/xgpsspeed.desktop
install -D -m644 packaging/X11/gpsd-logo.png ${pkgdir}/usr/share/gpsd/gpsd-logo.png

Thanks.

3. Please place 99-gpsd-usb.rules file in /lib/udev/rules.d folder as other packages do rather than /etc/udev/rules.d.
