Details

Description:
withthe open-vm-tools in community-testing,running an ArchLinux guest in Unity mode results in an empty applications menu in the host. This is not the case with the community version (2010-08-24).

Enter Unity mode, click on the applications menu.

This is really an upstream bugm as it is a regression from versions prior to October 2010.
Having said that, maybe we could close it here, as it is of so minor importance.
