It's kinda easy to provide both IDs and expressive names in links at the same time. Like 10 SLOC. I'll hopefully implement it this weekend.

To avoid confusion: I meant IDs and expressive names as alternative possibilities, of course, so people can either use "account.php?id=42" or "account.php?name=foobar". Same applies for accounts.

Just noticed that there already is a account search which is, however, only enabled for TUs and developers. Is there any reason for that?  FS#9582  might be related to this.
