Description:

pkg file of gettext on extra does not include files of po-mode for Emacs.
The following files should be installed.
> usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/start-po.elc
> usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/po-compat.elc
> usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/start-po.el
> usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/po-compat.el
> usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/po-mode.elc
> usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/po-mode.el

Oops, I didn't see that there are .elc files.
emacs should be added into makedepends.

In Gentoo and Fedora, the elisp source files for editing po files within emacs are in a separate package. I think this would be a better choice to fix this issue.

Adding emacs dependency also require libcrocro to be added as dependecy. This mean that libcrocro would need to be moved to [core] which is not a good idea in my opinion.
