sqlalchemy easily supports python3 but the package python-sqlalchemy uses python2 instead of python 3, it seems to me like two packages should be made available then, a python 2 and python 3 version.

I personally would like to use the python 3 version but seeing as many programs still rely on sqlalchemy and python 2 for the foreseeable future it only makes sense to have two packages.

Done on [community-testing].

Would you mind to test the packages before move it to [community] ?

Remember to move the python2-sqlalchemy rebuilds (anki, gourmet, and griffith) along with these packages. :)
