DetailsDescription:
kmess 2.0.4 stopped working a week ago, after Microsoft changed the Windows Live protocol. I can't start now kmess too, but in their git-stable repository it is fixed, but kmess 2.0.5 is far away. As Microsoft is always changing the protocol, from kmess 2.0.0 -> kmess 2.0.4 4 out of 3 releases was just because of these protocol changes, and aMSN has usually the same problem, as the aMSN releases more rarely than 6 months, when I used aMSN I knew, that only svn version is working Additional info: * package version(s): 2.0.4 * config and/or log files etc. It is told on developers forum, that in git-stable it was OK as soon as possible, for kmess, but not in the release http://kmess.org/board/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4685 Steps to reproduce: Start kmess, and wait for contact list |
