DetailsThe PKGBUILD for gtk2hs-buildtools does not register the package with GHC. As a result, the Haskell compiler doesn't know that the package is installed. Consequently, all builds that depend on gtk2hs-buildtools fail:

Chances are that actually the Cabal file for hledger is incorrectly listing gtk2hs-buildtools in the "build-depends" section, when it should really be listing the appropriate binary in "build-tools". That is what the haskell-cairo package does, which depends on gtk2hs-buildtools, too, but doesn't exhibit the build error hledger shows.
