It would have been nice if you had tried narrowing the bug down to a smaller conkyrc...

Anyhow, it seems dyndns.org stops replying to queries after a few minutes (naturally, they want to prevent DDOS; hence the wget in your script hangs); could you confirm that, by removing the "PUBLIC IP" line from conkyrc and check that everything works fine?

So, I comment the line of "ip.sh" script and the freeze stop. I change the script for another bash script and freeze back.
In conky 1.8.0 these scripts worked property.
#attached the new script.
   ip.sh (0.1 KiB)

I workaround changing theses scripts for a (simple solution) "curl ifconfig.me". But I don't no what is wrong with the scripts.

Like I said earlier: dyndns.org/ifconfig.me do not like you polling them every minute, so they end up dropping your connections, whence your wget/curl hangs...
Test case: start conky; when it hangs, run the script ip.sh manually - if it hangs too, then *it* is the problem.

I'll close this bug for now, but if you have additional evidence showing conky (and not your script) is at fault, please ask for a reopen.
