The program `groffer' from the package `groff-1.20.1-4' in repo `core' is broken.

It would seem that the problem is missing files, as indicated by the error that groffer produces when one tries to run it: `/usr/lib/groff/groffer is not an existing directory; at /usr/bin/groffer line 142.'

You can try running `groffer' like you would `man'.
