Description: Evince missing gconf dependency.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 2.32.0-3

Steps to reproduce:

* Remove gconf (if installed).
* Install evince.
* Attempt to open a pdf file.
* Install gconf.
* Open the same pdf file.

Abbreviated console output:
