bug is still present with 0.13.5-2.1

the idea is to downgrade until gstreamer-python is updated

yes but package dependency should not prevent of installing new
version if we have not right python-gstreamer version ?

is the maintainer fault that he pushed the new pitivi version
without testing. my first message was for him.
