Description:
I think this is the right package to report it, but:

htdig is required to build a search index for the help dialogs.

Additional info:
* package version(s): kdebase-workspace 4.5.2-2


Steps to reproduce:
1) Right click on the task manager widget
2) Go to task manager settings
3) Click the help button in the bottom left
4) Go to the search options tab
5) Hit build search index button
6) Select application manuals
7) Hit build index
8) See error about htdig

htdig is already an optdependence of kdebase-runtime
