Description:
I propose improvement for rc script of hostapd. The idea is to use configuration file like other rc scripts do to get 'varying' parameters.

I attach the patch to update rc script and create new conf file.

P.S. The change was inspired by accomodation of hostapd rc script as systemd native service.

P.P.S. I know that hostapd package in community category but the category selector (interface of bug tracker) doesn't have that item, nevertheless the package improvements in community category could be posted here too.
