I propose improvement for rc script of lighttpd. The idea is to use configuration file like other rc scripts do to get 'varying' parameters. I attach the patch to update rc script and create new conf file. P.S. The change was inspired by accomodation of lighttpd rc script as systemd native service.

This task depends upon
The main idea is to use systemd native service file for lighttpd. I based lighttpd.service on /etc/rc.d/lighttpd and thought that location of configuration file for lighttpd should be set in /etc/conf.d/lighttpd in order to not write explicitly its location to service file (in case if someone decide to change where that file is).
