Description:
xfce4-xkb-plugin crashes (SIGSEGV) in settings dialog when keyboard model is left blank and also in about dialog.

Additional info:
* xfce4-xkb-plugin 0.5.3.3-2 [from extra/]

Steps to reproduce:
Settings dialog: open it, leave the keyboard model blank, then click "Close".
About dialog: just try right click on the icon in the tray and click "About".

I suppose this is somewhat related to GTK updates since this worked a couple of months ago.
I'm attaching a combined patch for both issues.

Exactly as it was on 4.6..
Crashes when no keyboard model is set, and it also crashes on about dialog..

does it work with the proposed patch in the bug report? no regressions?
