Details

Description: I updated today my testing based archlinux and I see that python3 break gwibber.

When I try to run it :

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/gwibber", line 10, in <module>
import sys, gtk, optparse, dbus, wnck, time
ImportError: No module named gtk


When I try to build it :

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "setup.py", line 6, in <module>
from DistUtilsExtra.command import *
ImportError: No module named DistUtilsExtra.command
Abandon...

first be sure you have community-testing enabled.

second gwibber is not in our repos and may need special attention, like rebuild against python2 2.7

Community-testing is enabled.

I added python2 in gwibber PKGBUILD depends before trying to build it. And copied the error I got.

setup.py from gwibber need to be fixed.

i don't see any issues with our dependencies. importing from python-distutils-extra works.
