Details

The hpoj package has dependencies on QT, because of a status monitor that reads out the display of the printer. This status monitor is optional and should not make the hpoj package depend on QT and XFree86/Xorg.
Either remove the statusmonitor from the package, or keep it and mark QT as a build dependency. The monitor tool is not very useful, because it copies the content from the display of the printer and doesn't show anything while printing. It is not required to be able to print or scan at all.
