Do you have gnome-python (or python-gnome whatever it is called) installed?
Comment by Jan de Groot (JGC) - Monday, 31 January 2005, 08:21 GMT
Hmm, it seems you have gnome-python (you can use import gnome :P)

I can't reproduce this error and I see you have the right things in sitecustomize.py. Do you have the latest version of gnome-blog installed, or do you still have the staging version from TUR installed?
Comment by Nikos Kouremenos (zeppelin) - Monday, 31 January 2005, 11:25 GMT
yes i 've got the extra one, but still the same problem.
LATER: I removed from the gnome-blog-poster the .require thing and it works great

What version of pygtk do you have? Not even with the require in a manual python prompt will trigger the "bug" here.
Comment by Nikos Kouremenos (zeppelin) - Tuesday, 01 February 2005, 13:13 GMT
pygtk 2.4.1-2

my programs import gnome but never .require()
so that's why they run it seems..
If it's just me, well I didn't do much, but I can live with the above solution
