I have install Xfig and hen i want to export to .eps, Xfig
give me an error :
Error during EXPORT. Messages : sh: fig2dev: command not found I make pacman -S transfig Targets: transfig-3.2.4-1 Total Package Size: 0.2 MB Proceed with upgrade? [Y/n] In fact, the package transfig is missing when we install xfig |

xfig is the designer for fig-files
transfig allows you to convert them to other formats
xfig has a frontend to transfig, but xfig does not depend on transfig for elementar functions ... if you want to convert something to some other files, you need transfig
the best we can do is a post-install info that explains this to you, but i'm not sure, if this is really needed
