Description:
Currently, neither --with-mule nor --enable-mule are passed to the configure script when building XEmacs. This results in XEmacs being built without Mule (internationalization) support. Without Mule, building packages such as extra/flim for XEmacs fail because of missing XEmacs packages such as "ccl" (even though it is in the xemacs-sumo package, it cannot be loaded because XEmacs does not look at the mule-packages directory). Also, as mentioned, it means some packages from the xemacs-sumo package cannot be used, even though they are installed.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
xemacs-21.5.29-2
