Description:
Scribus (1.3.7) crashes when trying to import HTML/ODT with this error message:

scribus: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/scribus/plugins//gettext//libhtmlim.so: undefined symbol: htmlSAXParseFile

Steps to reproduce:
* Open Scribus, create new default document
* Insert text frame, press Ctrl-D and select any HTML file.

Fix:
This bug has been reported also upstream with provided patch ( http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=8531 ), but it seems it affects only ArchLinux (tested on Fedora with Scribus 1.3.7 and no crashes there).

The problem is that plugins are not linked with libxml2 (it's linked only on Win32 as seen in CMakeLists.txt).

Attached is updated package with applied patch.

Is it fixed in scribus 1.3.9-1?

Seems to be fixed, works for both ODT and HTML. No crashes here.
