DetailsDescription:
I have set up a new mirror that I would like to become an official tier 2 mirror. It currently has a domain of cvlws02.ece.vt.edu, but will change to mirror.ece.vt.edu next week. I just wanted to let you know now so that the IP won't get banned for syncing. I have it syncing to gtlib.gatech.edu at the moment, every four hours on the 27th minute. The server is geographically located in Blacksburg, Virginia at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech. The mirror supports http and rsync, and will probably support ftp in the future. http://cvlws02.ece.vt.edu/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch rsync://cvlws02.ece.vt.edu/archlinux/ It will become (and you could probably just wait until it gets this domain next tuesday) http://mirror.ece.vt.edu/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch rsync://mirror.ece.vt.edu/archlinux/ You can contact me, Matthew Via, at mvia06@vt.edu. Thank you |
