Summary and Info:

I enabled testing repo in order to install xserver 1.9 and relative graphic stack packages, including xf86-video-ati,mesa, ati-dri, xf86-input-evdev etc. Then i disabled it. Since then everytime i command a system upgrade pacman wants to downgrade to the core version of xf86-video-ati. Testing version of xf86-video-ati is 6.13.1-2 while extra version is 6.13.1-1, so normally this shouldn't be happening from my point of view. I am using x64, i have not checked 686 for the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On a normal installation with an ati card, enable testing repo and do a full upgrade.

2. Disable testing repo

3. Do a system upgrade again. Pacman will say all testing packages are newer than core/extra, but will want to downgrade xf86-video-ati

is not a pacman problem. The package from extra has a force option.
