Description:
Can't create a new folder on download dialog box

Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure chromium to ask where to download
2. Try to download something
3. When download dialog box opens, try to create a new folder

The folder shows up for naming, but in random seconds it vanishes so you can't create the folder.

I cannot reproduce this. I can create a new folder within the dialog box just fine.

Ricardo, really. is not a packaging bug. WE can't do anything for it.
